This Friday OYC is teaming up with our friends at Santa Cruz Ale Works to give you a sampling of some of their tasty brews, while sailing on the beautiful Monterey Bay. Perfectly paired appetizers from SC Ale Work's own kitchen are included and their knowledgable staff will be pouring. Get to know your local brewers and come aboard for this fun cruise that'll get your weekend off to a great start. Tickets are $40 and advance purchase is strongly recommended.

The Monterey Bay is currently experiencing some of the most frequent humpback whale activity of the year, and they have been continously spotted just off the Santa Cruz coastline. Though OYC sees many whales during our regular weekend sails, we're bringing you a extended sailing experience so we can take you further onto the bay to spot these summer whales. 

What's Included:

• A 3 to 3.5-hour whale watch excursion, where we'll cruise around the bay in search of our local whale activity.
• A hot breakfast catered by Pleasure Pizza's East Side Eatery. Breakfast includes meat and veggie breakfast burritos, fresh seasonal fruit and your choice of coffee, tea or water.
• The best view of the Monterey Bay's wildlife on the smooth and stable 65' Team O'Neill catamaran. 

Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended. Kids under 5 sail for free.

General Whale Activity by Season:

SPRING: Humpback whales throughout the spring, with a few gray whales in the beginning of the season.
SUMMER: Humpback whales, blue whales and fin whales.
FALL: Humpback whales and blue whales.
WINTER: Migrating gray whales.
YEAR-ROUND: Dolphins, sea lions, sea otters and local and migratory birds, looking for food or just playing in the ocean.

Join Vino Tabi Winery aboard the Team O'Neill catamaran for an unforgettable Wednesday night cruise. Pouring signature varietals and pairing them with an array of treats and sweets, Vino Tabi sommeliers will provide a fun, interactive way for passengers to learn about wine against the backdrop of the local Wednesday night sailboat races. This 1.5-hour sail departs at 6 PM and tickets are $40.

Come celebrate your dad and sail on one of our amazing weekend Day Sails this Father's Day. Not only will you experience an exciting way to see the Monterey Bay, but our catamaran is a smooth ride the entire family can enjoy. Tickets are $20 and $30, and little sailors age 5 and under sail for free. Space is limited, so reserve your spots today.

Starting off the series is Discretion Brewing on June 6. Santa Cruz Ale Works and Santa Cruz Mountain Brewery will also be pouring throughout the summer. Sails depart at 6 PM and tickets are $40, so grab your friends and family and start the weekend off right.
